Fee Consideration for Clients Facing Financial Hardship
For students, low-income individuals or applicants facing exceptional financial hardship, reduced professional fees or, in appropriate cases, pro bono services may be considered after reviewing the nature of the matter, the scope of work and the applicant’s financial circumstances. Any fee adjustment or pro bono arrangement is determined on a case-by-case basis.
